Dr. Tammie McCurry was invited to do a presentation on Stress Management for our first and second year graduate students. The main focus of the presentation was to assist the students in not only identifying stress, but also healthy ways to address it. Dr. McCurry was informative; her tone was conversational; and she also inserted personal life examples of how she manages stress in various life roles.
